Carlos Omine is a seasoned attorney with a specialization in Corporate Law from PUC and an MBA in Agribusiness from ESALQ USP. He has further honed his expertise through Executive Education programs for CFOs and Business Leadership in Chicago, as well as Business Sustainability at NYU Stern.
Carlos has held prominent roles, including CEO of BB Americas and BB Securities, with extensive leadership experience in Structured Operations, Project Finance, Capital Markets, and Wholesale Banking. He has also served on the Fiscal and Administrative Boards of various companies, such as Banco do Brasil USA, BB Securities, BB Americas, and Cadam Minerais.
